Who can I call to mark and post my property lines accurately. I have 169 acres with a perimeter of approximately 2.2 miles, (+/- 11,600 LF).

George,
If you know your boundary lines and can get out and paint them check out these activities on MyWoodlot to help with that.
Here are some activities to help in posting your lines on MyWoodlot. This can save you money since you are doing the work. Using a boundary marking paint is important as it lasts longer (around 7-10 years) so you don't need to mark as often.
A forester with the right knowledge (blazes put up by a surveyor, survey of your property with bearings and distances, marked corners, and some other helps) and experience can mark and post your property lines. I would call a forester on the MyWoodlot Resources list.
Legally only a surveyor can find boundary lines. A surveyor will be the most expensive way to get your boundary lines marked. If you have never had a survey the surveyor will need to do a survey. You need to request that he mark your lines, as that is not part of what a surveyor normally does. If you have had a survey, call up the surveyor that did your survey to get your boundary lines marked. Typically he will cost less since he knows your property.
