We often think of trees in very restricted ways, but they have so many benefits. Let’s check some of them out:

  • The beauty trees create is arguably at its peak when they display their autumn colors.

  • Trees in the woods can actually calm you and benefit your overall health. Check out forest bathing.
  • Trees in the woods can shade and cool you in the summer. Conversely, they can block the wind and help to keep you warm in the winter.
