This event will provide participants with the opportunity to tour our own sugar shack, see a demonstration tree tapping, and taste fresh sap. If you want to dive in deeper, sign up for the educational session offered in the afternoon. Visit with Taste NY staff and local venders to purchase all things maple.

This event is hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia and Greene Counties. CCE of Columbian and Greene Counties is part of the Cooperative Extension land grant system, an educational partnership between county, state, and federal governments that is administered in New York State through Cornell University.
