Maple Fest

Delicious pancake breakfast & additional refreshments will be available for purchase and are not included in your ticket. Vegan and Gluten-Free options available.

The day will be filled with live music, guided hikes, tree-tapping, maple syrup-making demonstrations in the Sugar Shack, blacksmithing, kids’ activities, and more!

Once at the event, people can sign up to make blacksmithing project for $20 (ages 8+). We encourage arriving early to sign up for a time!

This event is hosted by the Ashokan Center. The Ashokan Center is a non-profit retreat and education center in the Catskill Mountains that focuses on teaching, inspiring and building community through shared experiences in nature, history, music and art.
