January 1 event:
Nature Quest booklets will be provided. Once you have the booklet you can begin collecting stamps of the forest creatures when you find them!
What to expect: The Nature Quest trail is approximately half a mile and flat. The group will stop periodically to discuss the animals and collect stamps.
Things to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear and water. Schor tends to be colder and windy, come prepared so you can stay warm!
We will be walking the Bluebird and Meadow Loop trails, which are mown grass, for about a mile, stopping regularly for activities. Bring water and weather-appropriate clothing.

Join CLC on a winter wander on the Nature Quest trail at Borden’s Pond Conservation Area and learn about the animals that live there. Nature Quest booklets will be provided. Once you have your book, collect stamps of different woodland creatures that can be found at Borden’s!
What to expect: Explore the Nature Quest trail at Borden’s Pond. This trail is approximately half a mile with some small hills. Trails are dirt with exposed rocks and roots and are likely to be snow-covered this time of year.
