Master Forest Owners (MFOs) are Cornell trained volunteer woodland owners and woodland enthusiasts who meet with landowners during a free site visit to share their experiences owning and caring for woodlands. MFOs provide valuable conversation and help connect woodland owners to resources. Peer-to-peer visits excite and encourage landowners to make informed decisions to reach their woodland goals and steward the forest using best management practices.
Join us for 7 one-hour online trainings with topics including forest ecology, silviculture, wildlife habitat, invasive species, and agroforestry.
