I have harvested and milled hardwood that I'd like to have kiln dried for use in flooring and furniture. This includes oak, hickory and cherry. Can anyone help me find a mill or private enterprise that will accept this wood for drying in their kiln. Seems like this is pretty uncommon and I'm having a tough time locating a firm that will provide this service in NY. Thanks in advance for any leads the forum may provide.

Years ago we produced a Pure Catskills Guide to Wood Products at the Watershed Agricultural Council. In it we listed businesses that offered dry-kiln services. I have attached the relevant page from it and highlighted the businesses. I'm sorry the image isn't better quality - hopefully you can read the phone numbers. Now this guide is probably 12+ years old so chances are many of these businesses are no longer in business, but they could be worth a try?
